Orlibel® 120 mg is a gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor used for the treatment of obesity.
How it works:
• Blocks the absorption of dietary fats — irreversibly inhibits gastrointestinal lipases, preventing the breakdown of triglycerides.
• Reduces caloric intake — prevents the absorption of approximately 30% of consumed fats.
• Provides local action — works exclusively in the gastrointestinal tract without systemic absorption.

When to use:
