Amesabel® 5 mg

International Nonproprietary Name: Amlodipine
Amesabel® 5 mg is a long-acting antihypertensive and antianginal medication used for reliable control of blood pressure and treatment of angina. It is an optimal starting dose for effective and safe therapy.
How it works:
Lowers blood pressure — relaxes and dilates peripheral blood vessels, reducing total peripheral vascular resistance.
Improves blood supply to the heart — increases oxygen delivery to the myocardium, helping prevent angina attacks.
Provides prolonged action — ensures smooth and stable 24-hour blood pressure control due to a long half-life.
When to use:
• Arterial hypertension
• Stable exertional angina
• Vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal's angina)
Important:
• Take once daily at the same time, regardless of meals.
• The effect develops gradually, with maximum therapeutic effect achieved after 4−8 weeks of regular use.
• The medication should not be stopped abruptly to avoid withdrawal syndrome and a sudden increase in blood pressure.
Provides stable 24-hour blood pressure control and heart protection, allowing patients to maintain their usual rhythm of life.
